Join a team where your work truly matters. As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping local businesses clean, safe, and running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing a job well, and appreciate the stability of a Monday-Friday schedule, this role offers a strong fit. You'll work independently once trained, visit a set list of customer locations, and become a trusted partner to restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare facilities, manufacturers, childcare centers, and more. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with customers by providing reliable, friendly service. Install new customer accounts and set up equipment according to company standards. Use specialized equipment to power wash, scrub, and deep-clean indoor and outdoor areas. Deliver Enviro-Master's restroom sanitizing, disinfecting, and Protect & Maintain window services. Repair and maintain dispensers such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue units. Restock hand towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom/kitchen supplies. Identify product solutions customers may benefit from—earning additional income when applicable. What Makes You a Great Fit Comfortable speaking with customers; bilingual skills are a plus. Able to work independently and stay organized throughout the day. Clean driving record. Experience towing trailers or operating similar equipment is helpful. Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable attitude. Capable of lifting 45+ lbs and performing physical tasks regularly. Equipped with a smartphone and data plan for route and job management. Motivated, accountable, and eager to grow. Work Environment & Schedule Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evening or weekend opportunities. Hands-on work includes power washing, scrubbing floors and walls, restroom sanitizing, window services, and moving/operating cleaning equipment. Basic knowledge of hand tools, drills, and small machinery is important. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment. Regular use of cleaning machinery and power-washing equipment.
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
