We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position performing trailer repairs, maintenance, welding, fabrication, and accessory installation.

Pay:

$22-$26/hour based on experience

Potential Total Earnings:

$24-$29/hour with our monthly service commission plan. What You'll Do Repair and maintain new and used trailers. Perform welding, structural repairs, redecks, repacks, and general maintenance. Diagnose and repair trailer bearings, brakes, lights, and wiring. Operate welding and fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters and cutting torches. Perform safety inspections and assist customers with trailer hookups. Assemble, park, and move trailers. Operate a forklift safely. Complete service paperwork and computer entries accurately. What We're Looking For 2+ years of applicable experience preferred. Proven welding experience required. Forklift operation experience required. Valid U.S. driver's license required. High school diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting required. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
