The Grind Tune Shop at Mount Snow is seeking motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tune Shop Service Technicians. This is an entry-level position with no prior ski or snowboard tuning experience required. We will provide training for candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy working with their hands, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service. As a Tune Shop Service Technician, you will help maintain and repair skis and snowboards, assist guests with equipment service needs, and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys helping guests, and wants to be part of a team that helps keep skiers and riders performing their best on the mountain.Job Specifications:

Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition Perform both tuning and repair services for guests - we will train you! Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:
Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs. Ability to work a flexible schedule; including holidays and weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
