Squeegee Monkey is a locally owned and rapidly growing exterior cleaning company that specializes in window washing, serving residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering top-quality service with integrity, professionalism, and a smile. We serve Whatcom, Skagit, and San Juan Counties. We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning + Pressure Washing Technician .

What You'll Do:

Clean windows, gutters, and roofs for residential and commercial properties Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Work safely on ladders and rooftops using proper equipment and techniques Operate company tools, including water-fed poles and pressure washers Occasionally stay overnight on San Juan Island Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile

What We're Looking For:

Hardworking and dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working at heights and using ladders (training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.v

Traveling:

We do travel out to the San Juan Islands over multiple days and looking for someone who is wanting and willing to travel. Per diem and extra bonus are given when working over on the islands. Prior window cleaning or labor experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
