We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Consumer Sewing Machine Repair Technician. This position involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of consumer-grade sewing machines to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Specialized training and mentoring are available to the right candidate. This is a highly technical position that requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, and PC-related troubleshooting. Candidates should be well-versed in working with modern computerized equipment, diagnosing software-related issues, and integrating technical solutions to optimize machine functionality. Beyond the technical aspects, this role offers a stable, fulfilling career in a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.   • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues in various models of consumer sewing machines.
  • Performing routine maintenance, adjustments, and calibrations to enhance machine efficiency.
  • Replacing worn or damaged parts, including belts, motors, and gears.
  • Providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering maintenance tips.
  • Maintaining an organized workspace and keeping accurate service records.
  • Staying updated on the latest sewing machine models and repair techniques. We are looking for candidates with:
  • A background in mechanical or electronic repair, preferably with experience in small appliances or seeing machines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Experience in PC troubleshooting and computerized machine diagnostics.
