Document repair processes and maintain detailed service records to ensure quality control and traceability. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and improve overall spindle reliability. Support the operational efficiency of the department by maintaining a clean-room environment and adhering to strict safety standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in the repair, rebuild, or maintenance of industrial spindles or similar precision rotating equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of bearing systems and tight-tolerance assembly. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals. Proficiency in basic computer software for documentation and record-keeping. Physical capability to handle and maneuver heavy components weighing up to 50 lbs.
