Service Technician - Water Treatment Rice Lake, WI Company Vehicle | Performance Pay | Growth Opportunity Culligan of Rice Lake is looking for a dependable, mechanically-inclined Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to be rewarded for performance—not just hours worked. We have a great team that watches out for each other. We are looking for someone who will complement and enhance the culture that we already have. What You'll Do Service and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment systems Diagnose equipment issues and water quality concerns Interact professionally with customers in their homes Identify opportunities for system improvements or replacements Work independently while supported by a strong dispatch and office team Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay - Starts at $22/hour, wih incremental increases upon completion of training objectives. Quickly moved to $24/hour within first 3 months upon completion of training objectives. Continues to rise from there based on growth of competence with the job.
