IT Services for Modern Healthcare Systems. TRA is looking for qualified Hardware installation technicians to assemble, install and repair computer hardware equipment throughout numerous healthcare facilities in South Florida TRA Partners with the on-site technology team to make sure their systems and teams are up and running, all day every day. .

Duties will consist of:

Cable management and integration of devices for mobile/stationary workstations Spreadsheet documentation Inventory management Must be familiar with basic tools Will move from site to site Must be able to lift 75lbs+ (repeatedly at times) Customer service interaction in fast paced healthcare environment

Employment Type:

Full-time Initial interview will take place at our headquarters in Deerfield Beach but the position can range throughout South Florida. Some travel outside South Florida may be required. Must be at least 21yrs of age to apply. Summary As a Hardware Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of computer hardware and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance for users. Reporting to the IT Manager, your core skills in equipment repair, software troubleshooting, and analysis will be essential in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Your premium knowledge of operating systems such as Android, iOS, and Windows will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, your relevant experience in technical support and field service will contribute to delivering high-quality service and support to our clients.
