Training:

Tampa, Florida 33619 (hotel and expenses fully covered if distance qualified)

Training Pay:

$15 per hour

Pay After Training:

Up to $22/hour or more (performance-based / piece rate) Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain satellite dishes and receiver systems at residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates correctly. Deliver excellent customer service by building positive relationships with customers. Complete installation and maintenance work both indoors and outdoors. Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures. Help provide a smooth, professional, and high-quality customer experience. Work in indoor and outdoor environments while adhering to safety protocols. Training Covers Paid, hands-on training Safety practices and procedures Customer service best practices Product and technology education Installation methods and on-site sales techniques Real-world field experience using professional equipment Upon successful completion of training, you'll transition into a full-time technician role serving customers throughout the Spring Hill, FL area. Ability to lift between 60 and 80 pounds. Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
