CANDIDATES MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE WITHIN 30-45 MINUTES FROM 33409 WEST PALM BEACH ZIP CODE.

Travel Requirements (Read Before Applying):

• Approximately 90% travel is required.
• Overnight travel is expected most weeks (Monday-Friday).
• Assignments may require being away from home for one to two consecutive weeks.
• Must be available to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended-hour shifts as project needs require.
• This is a field-based position and is not a remote or home-daily role.

Responsibilities:

• Install and deploy P25 radio systems, Radio Frequency (RF) infrastructure, DAS/ERCES, LTE, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling systems.
• Install equipment racks, antennas, fiber, coaxial, Ethernet, grounding, and supporting communications infrastructure.
• Read drawings and technical documentation.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities.
• Complete documentation and work professionally with customers and project teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in low-voltage, telecommunications, Radio Frequency (RF), DAS/ERCES, structured cabling, or related installation work.
• Experience using common telecommunications installation and test equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to travel extensively and perform physical field work.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with P25/LMR, DAS/ERCES, LTE, or other Radio Frequency (RF) communications systems.
• NICET Level I+, FCC GROL, manufacturer certifications, or related industry credentials.
• Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) test equipment and system commissioning.
