Low Voltage Installer Requirements:

0•1 + Years of Install, Repair, or Troubleshooting in Field Service, IT Hardware, POS Systems, Low Voltage, or Mechanical experience preferred Experience with Basic Windows/ PC Use required Willing to Travel 2•3 weeks per month (Most Weekends Home) required Software, Basic Networking/Electrical, or Cabling (Cat5/6, video) experience preferred Experience with Customer Support and ability to Train Users on Systems in Restaurant, Retail, and Commercial Settings preferred

Low Voltage Installer Responsibilities:

This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting POS systems and network equipment at McDonald's and other restaurant and retail locations nationwide Responsibilities include setting up and repairing POS hardware, computers, and payment devices; running basic cabling; and supporting network connectivity on equipment such as registers, kiosks, printers, and cameras This is a field-based role requiring travel for installations, upgrades, repairs, and support of new store openings and remodels Perform routine checks and fixes on low voltage electrical systems Plans and lays out tasks from drawings or blueprints Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
