This Traveling Network Copier Installer role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and life on the road. Compensation:

$25-$30/hour, depending on experience What You'll Do

• Hit the road and travel to client locations to deliver, install, and configure copiers, printers, scanners, and related office equipment
• Get businesses up and running by connecting devices to client networks and installing essential software, including drivers, scanning tools, and other business-critical applications
• Solve installation, networking, and connectivity issues to keep customers productive and projects on track
• Serve as the go-to expert for customers by providing hands-on training and guidance on equipment features, workflows, and best practices
• Keep projects moving smoothly by maintaining detailed documentation, collecting client signatures, and completing post-install paperwork
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to create an outstanding and seamless customer experience
• Stay on top of the latest products, features, and technology while assisting with product demonstrations when needed
• Jump in to support internal operations through warehouse preparation activities and occasional Help Desk coverage Travel Requirements

• Travel expectations range from 80% to 100%
• Most travel is completed using a company-provided vehicle
• Overnight travel and air travel will be required.

• Safely and confidently operate a company vehicle for equipment deliveries and field assignments Qualifications
• 2+ years of field service, copier technician, printer technician, technical installation, orrelated experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, Windows, networking, and device connectivity
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, communication, and end-user training skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Ability to lift and move copiers, printers, scanners, and office equipment
