Full-Time | Travel Required Position Overview Ghost Systems LLC is seeking motivated Field Data Collection Technicians to join our utility fielding teams throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. We are looking for both entry-level candidates willing to learn and experienced fielders with utility pole inspection, telecommunications, or field data collection experience. This is a full-time, travel-based position . Field teams travel throughout the assigned service area and may be away from home for extended periods of time depending on project requirements. The position involves collecting accurate field data on utility poles and telecommunications infrastructure, documenting existing attachments, taking detailed photographs, recording measurements, and entering information using specialized field-data software including Katapult Pro, Fulcrum, and IKE GPS . Team Structure This is a two-person field team position . Applicants must have a reliable field partner/assistant who is available and willing to travel and work alongside them as part of the field team. The field team works together to safely navigate job sites, collect measurements and photographs, document utility infrastructure, and ensure all required project information is accurately captured.
