The selected candidates will be responsible for installing new battery systems and upgrade kits, replacing existing batteries, installing 6610 controllers, and performing related power system upgrades according to approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs).

On the road Key Responsibilities Install 6610 controllers and associated power system components as per MOPs. Remove existing batteries and install new Lithium battery systems and upgrade kits. Install smoke detector and heater cabling as required. Follow all installation procedures, safety guidelines, and customer standards. Transport removed batteries to designated storage or recycling facilities within a 100-mile radius of the project market. Inspect batteries and immediately report any cracked, damaged, or leaking batteries. Stop work and follow escalation procedures when hazardous conditions are identified. Maintain accurate documentation, site photos, and completion reports. Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of telecom field experience, preferably with DC power or battery upgrade projects. Experience working on wireless telecom sites and power systems. Ability to read and execute MOPs and technical documentation. Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazard identification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights if required. Mandatory Certifications

Certification DOT compliance knowledge and experience handling Lithium batteries CPR/First Aid certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy batteries and equipment safely. Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to travel frequently to project sites. Preferred Skills Experience with Lithium battery installations and replacements. Experience with telecom DC power systems and backup power equipment.
