Why Technicians Choose LongPath Competitive pay starting at $28-$33/hour Overtime opportunities available throughout the year Potential to earn $100,000+ annually with overtime Steady, year-round work with a growing customer base Work with some of the largest operators in the Delaware Basin Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and 401(k) Paid holidays Paid Time Off Paid parental leave Annual FR clothing vouchers All tools and equipment are provided, quality tools maintained and replaced as needed Opportunities for advancement as LongPath continues to grow What You'll Do Install monitoring towers and associated field equipment Install reflector poles and related infrastructure Pre-assemble mechanical components before deployment Install and integrate electronics cabinets and communications equipment Perform system testing and commissioning Troubleshoot and repair field equipment Follow established installation procedures and safety protocols Support preventative maintenance activities Assist with continuous improvements to deployment processes What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to read maps and navigate field locations Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Oilfield service experience Fiber optic installation Telehandler or manlift certification Rigging experience Electrical or instrumentation experience Spanish speaking High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment Full-time position based in Carlsbad, New Mexico Primarily outdoor work throughout the Delaware Basin Consistent field schedule with overtime opportunities Physical work including lifting, climbing, walking, and working in varying weather conditions Occasional overnight travel may be required Why LongPath?
