Job Description Tech Network Inc. is seeking motivated Telecommunications Network Technicians to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting coaxial and fiber optic network systems. This role requires a strong interest in telecommunications technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. No experience required. Paid training provided for up to 4 weeks. Qualified technicians who use their own vehicle may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair coaxial and fiber optic network systems. Conduct site surveys to determine optimal cable routing and installation methods. Perform signal testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards. Qualifications Technical certification or education in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field is a plus. Ability to learn and safely use tools and equipment related to cable installation and maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift equipment as needed.

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
