Start earning $23 per hour from your first day Complete a fully paid four-week training program that combines classroom learning with hands-on field experience Receive a company vehicle for work-related travel, with fuel expenses covered by the company Be provided with all necessary tools, equipment, and materials (employees only need to provide lace-up work boots) Take advantage of career advancement opportunities, including pathways into leadership and management roles Enjoy a dynamic, independent work environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities What You'll Do Install residential fiber internet, television, and telephone services Run, secure, and organize cabling through attics, crawl spaces, basements, exterior walls, and other access points Diagnose service issues, troubleshoot connectivity concerns, and perform necessary repairs Test equipment and service connections to ensure quality performance and customer satisfaction Represent MasTec professionally while delivering outstanding customer service in customers' homes What We're Looking For Comfortable working on ladders and able to meet the required 375-pound ladder load standard Ability to lift and carry 60 to 80 pounds and work at heights of up to 36 feet Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Ability and willingness to travel to Clayton, OH for training Take the Next Step in Your Career Training begins September 14th .
