About the Role As a Field Equipment Technician, you will serve as a vital technical expert responsible for the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and optimization of complex systems at various client locations. By leveraging your mechanical and electrical expertise, you will ensure that all equipment operates at peak performance while delivering high-quality results that drive client satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute precise on-site installations and system configurations to meet project specifications. Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions through rapid troubleshooting and effective repair strategies. Perform rigorous system validation and testing to guarantee operational reliability and safety compliance. Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation to ensure project transparency and historical accuracy. Manage essential tools and inventory levels to ensure seamless service delivery and minimal downtime. Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to clients to maximize their equipment utility. Proactively identify and communicate potential site risks or technical blockers to project leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline installation processes and achieve aggressive throughput goals. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, technical installation, or equipment maintenance. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with a focus on root-cause analysis. Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, changing field environments. Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to standardized operating procedures. Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt to varying project schedules and site conditions. Preferred Skills Experience with complex system integration and diagnostic software. Previous background in high-volume, multi-site project deployments. Strong interpersonal skills for effective client-facing communication and training.
