Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

This position may be based anywhere in the United States and includes travel as part of the responsibilities. Job Summary Provides startup, troubleshooting and end user training for lighting control systems. Can easily read lighting and floor plans and interpret specifications to ensure system installations match the plans and meet the end user's expectations. Has enough expertise to handle complex jobs and work with both internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and drive for project completion. Key Responsibilities Performs onsite lighting and control startup, troubleshooting and end user training-55% Provides expert support for both internal and external customers as it pertains to field applications of product- 30% Creates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to provide differentiated service
