Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Responsibilities As a Field Technician III, you are responsible for providing support in the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecommunication site infrastructures. Read and understand a customer detail plan
Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)
Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications
Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work
Review peer work product

Qualifications About You:

You have a high school diploma or a GED; a technical degree is preferred
5+ years of general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results-oriented
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
Basic computer knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless Networks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commissioning and Integration experience required
Mobile Access Certification is a plus
Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment
Ability to lead crews when the foreman is gone, and have DC/AC electrical skills
Update equipment office records and installation specifications to document accurately "as built"
Ability to work on ladders, demonstrated manual dexterity
Must be adaptable to changing environments
Must be able to pick up 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours
Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensively
