Responsibilities Install, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling, and network wiring including Cat5, Cat6. Perform cable termination to ensure optimal signal integrity across telecommunication networks. Support the setup and maintenance of Ethernet networks Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during field service visits and resolving technical issues efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar telecommunications role with hands-on field service experience. Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN setup, network installation, and network wiring practices. Ability to use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters, RF testers, power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to equipment repair or network failures. Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to assist clients during installations or troubleshooting sessions.
