Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Motorcycle Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to motorcycle enthusiasts. We're looking for an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team and handle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and service across a variety of motorcycle makes and models. Duties Perform accurate diagnostics on motorcycles using professional diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and hands-on troubleshooting Diagnose, repair, and service motorcycle engines and powertrain systems across a variety of makes and models Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil services, tire installation, brake service, inspections, and general mechanical repairs Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle components Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including starting, charging, ignition, lighting, and related electrical components Maintain accurate repair orders and service records while clearly documenting diagnostic findings and completed work Communicate repair findings, recommendations, and required services clearly with team members and customers Assist with ATV and other powersports repairs as needed Skills 5+ years of professional experience in motorcycle, powersports, or automotive repair Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing motorcycles Proficient in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and the use of professional diagnostic equipment Skilled with hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and soldering Solid knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension, drivetrain, and general motorcycle systems Ability to accurately diagnose issues, work independently, and complete repairs efficiently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and proper repair procedures Able to safely lift and maneuver motorcycles, parts, and equipment and perform physically demanding work Professional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical findings and recommendations to customers ATV/powersports repair experience is a plus, but not required Genuine interest in motorcycles and powersports and pride in quality workmanship If you're an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work and has a genuine passion for motorcycles, we'd love to have you on our team. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
