Join the Upgrade Marine Team Upgrade Marine is growing, and we're looking for motivated Marine Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. We specialize in designing, installing, and integrating modern marine electrical and electronic systems on recreational yachts and commercial vessels. From complete helm redesigns and navigation electronics to lithium battery systems, and vessel automation, no two projects are the same. Whether you're an experienced marine technician or an electrical professional looking to transition into the marine industry, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Install marine electronics and navigation systems Build and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems Install and configure NMEA 2000 and Ethernet networks Perform clean, professional wiring and cable management Diagnose electrical and electronic issues Read wiring diagrams and installation manuals Test, commission, and document completed installations Work independently and as part of a collaborative team Qualifications Preferred experience in one or more of the following: Marine electronics installation Marine electrical systems Automotive, RV, aviation, or industrial electrical work Low-voltage networking or communications systems Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
