Driver's License Full Job Description Position Summary:
We're looking for a Marine Mechanic / Marine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support operations ranging from diesel and gas engine repairs to general mechanical, electrical, outboards, inboards, sterndrives and dinghies.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and diesel engines (inboard, outboard, sterndrive) Service generators, hydraulic & pump systems, steering systems, windlasses, and winches. Conduct mechanical repairs, oil changes, tune‑ups, and heat‑exchanger (barnacle flush). Perform electrical and electronics installations, as well as plumbing and sanitation system maintenance. Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine DC and AC systems. Support pre‑purchase inspections, engine installations/repower jobs, detailing, and haul-out operations. Provide mobile dockside and in‑shop service, adapting to diverse work environments. Deliver accurate quotes, maintain clear client communication, and uphold high-quality standards
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience as a marine mechanic/technician Strong knowledge of gas and diesel engines (inboard, outboard, sterndrive) Familiarity with boat electrical systems, hydraulics, steering, and plumbing Valid certifications (e.g., ABYC, engine manufacturer) a plus Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and in mobile environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (weekends off)
