Job Description

Earn top pay in a lower cost-of-living market while staying within reach of Florida's coastlines We are actively hiring experienced A-Tech / Master Marine Technicians and are ready to move quickly for qualified candidates. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair outboard and inboard systems with accuracy and efficiency Perform OEM-level service, rigging, repowers, and accessory installations Complete electrical, mechanical, and performance upgrades Conduct safety inspections and water tests to ensure performance standards Work closely with Service Advisors and Sales to support the customer experience Identify additional service opportunities that improve reliability and performance Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate repair documentation What We're Looking For 5+ years of marine technician experience (dealership experience preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience with mechanical, electrical, and rigging systems Manufacturer certifications (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, MerCruiser) preferred MMI graduate a plus Productive, dependable, and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Willingness to work Saturdays (closed Sundays + one weekday off) Compensation & Benefits $100K+ earning potential for experienced A-Techs Up to $10,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates Factory training and multi-brand certification opportunities 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Advancement opportunities across the Outdoor Network Why This Role Stands Out High earning potential in a lower cost-of-living market Consistent, year-round service demand Growing dealership with strong inventory and workload Opportunity to work with multiple major OEM brands Clear path for long-term growth and stability Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Monday-Saturday schedule (one weekday off + Sunday closed) Overtime available during peak season Shop-based role requiring lifting, bending, kneeling, and physical work
