Requirements Ability to:
Create a safe work environment where everyone is treated with dignity, compassion and respect. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root of problem. Ability to identify proper tools and equipment needed for repairs. Willing and able to communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding the status of repair orders. Highly professional, organized, and dependable. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including Saturday. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions and meet goals. Maintain and uphold safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years related technician experience in the powersports industry required. Formal training in motorcycle mechanics program highly preferred. Factory certified from Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Suzuki highly preferred. Unrestricted valid Florida driver license with motorcycle endorsement required.
