Job Description
Overview Growing South Florida Marine Hydraulics Company based in Fort Lauderdale needs additional field service technicians to meet growing demand. Company offers competitive compensation, holiday pay, vacation pay, overtime pay, 401k, health and dental insurance and comply with all safety and insurance regulations. Growing company seeks qualified candidates to grow into leadership positions. Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, able to troubleshoot and determine next steps in the troubleshooting process, organized with attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities :
Marine Hydraulics Field Service Technicians with experience in the following systems on yachts and mega-yachts over 60 feet:- Hydraulic Steering System
- Stabilizers
- Bow Thrusters
- Passerelles
- Hydraulic Cranes and Davits
- Hydraulic Swim Platforms
- Windlasses Additional skills:
- Hydraulic cylinder testing and service
- Hydraulic hose fabrication
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment with minimal supervision
- Electrical background, 12-24VDC, 120 - 480VAC, PLC a plus
- Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
