Join our driven team and make a meaningful impact in the industry! Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician specializing in STIHL and small engine equipment. In this role, you will perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a variety of small engines, power tools, and outdoor equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive reliable service while maintaining safety and quality standards. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment. Primary Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance services. Assist senior technicians with repairs. Complete equipment inspections and basic service work. Participate in training and skill development programs. Experience 0-3 years experience Technical school or mechanical background preferred.
Performance Expectations Recovery Rate:
60-75% Focus on training and skill development. Computer skills required Tool Requirements C-Level Technicians are required to provide a basic starter tool set necessary for preventative maintenance and entry-level repair work.Typical tools include:
Basic metric and standard hand tools Basic service tools used for maintenance work Tool sets are expected to expand as the technician progresses through training and experience.About Us:
