EXPERIENCED MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN - HONDA DEALERSHIP

We are a Honda franchise dealership seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our Service Department. This is a full-time, flat-rate position for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and customer service.

SCHEDULE

Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Flat Rate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, scooters, and side-by-sides Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and major repairs Work on all makes and models Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other service-related issues Communicate with customers regarding repairs and recommended services Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Keep the service area clean, organized, and professional

REQUIREMENTS

Previous motorcycle technician experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Customer-focused with good communication skills Ability to work on a variety of powersports vehicles
