Company Overview Freedom Boat Club (FBC) is a members-only boat club with 85 locations spanning coast to coast in the US. Our mission is to provide an exceptional boating experience while promoting a love for the water among our members. Summary We are seeking a Mobile Marine Technician - Mercury & Yamaha Specialist to join our team. This role is based in the US and is crucial for maintaining and servicing our fleet of boats, ensuring that our members enjoy safe and reliable boating experiences. Service Area- You'll travel between our service hubs in: Orange Beach, Al Perdido Key, Fl Pensacola, Fl A company vehicle is provided Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Mercury and Yamaha outboard engines Service marine electronics including Garmin, Simrad, NMEA 2000 networks, and VHF radios Perform Diagnostics, repairs, rigging, repowers, and routine maintenance Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly Deliver professional, on-site service with minimal supervision Ensure safety and environmental compliance at all locations
Qualifications Experience Level:
Entry-Level to Experienced (Training Available) Pay based on experience Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge related to marine engines. (preferred but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in maintenance tasks. Experience with vehicle maintenance is a plus.
