+ Vision + 401k Stuart, Florida Are you a Fiberglass Technician with marine experience, looking to join a premium yacht manufacturer where you can build on your existing skills and develop into a specialist? On offer is a chance to work alongside experienced marine craftsmen on a variety of bespoke yacht projects. You'll receive hands-on training, technical guidance and the opportunity to learn new fiberglass and composite techniques while working on high-quality vessels. This company are leaders in their industry, and are now in a phase of great expansion. With a growing workload and a variety of new-build and service projects, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience and take on increasingly technical work. On offer is a dynamic and hands-on position where you'll be involved throughout the fiberglass manufacturing and repair process. From laminating and fabrication through to finishing and repairs, you'll work on projects where quality and attention to detail are essential. This role would suit a Marine Fiberglass Technician who wants to develop their technical expertise, work on high-end yachts and progress into a senior or technical leadership position over time.
The Role:
Fabricate, repair and finish fiberglass components across bespoke yachts Carry out laminating, molding, sanding and composite finishing work Collaborate with carpenters, technicians and other skilled trades throughout yacht builds
The Candidate:
Fiberglass, composites, laminating or similar hands-on background Marine or yacht experience Motivated to learn new techniques and progress within the marine industry
