We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Technician to join our team servicing primarily sportfishing boats and motor yachts . The ideal candidate is a skilled marine mechanic with strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for keeping high-performance vessels reliable, safe, and ready for the water. Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair marine diesel engines, generators, transmissions, and related systems. Troubleshoot DC/AC electrical systems and marine electronics. Service cooling, fuel, exhaust, steering, hydraulic, and other onboard systems. Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and vessel commissioning. Identify mechanical and electrical issues and develop efficient repair solutions. Install, replace, and upgrade marine equipment and components. Use diagnostic tools, schematics, service manuals, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records and document work performed. Communicate professionally with captains, owners, managers, and other members of the service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work both independently and as part of a team while meeting project schedules and quality standards.

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
