Job Description

Insetta Boatworks is seeking motivated marine technicians to join our team fully rigging and installing electrical and mechanical systems on state of the art foiling catamarans. We work a 4 day week leaving you plenty of time to spend fishing or with the family!
Job Description and Experience:
Position includes all aspects of boat rigging, including installation of hardware, wiring, electronics, motors, fuel systems, and plumbing on new boats Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, such as drills, grinders, or other specialty tools and fixtures Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and work in a team environment Required to always follow all safety and quality standards, including chemical handling standards and PPE (personal protective equipment) Experience with caulking is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience Strong mechanical background (preferred) Must have wiring ability (12 volt DC preferred) NMMA Certification and/or caulking experience is a plus Understand and follow verbal and written directions Ability to work independently without close supervision to achieve daily goals Required to work a 10+ hour shift standing, bending, reaching and lift up to 50lbs. Capable of working in a non-climate controlled environment High school diploma or GED Required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to pass a drug test and complete a local security background check. Please do not apply without a minimum of 2 years of experience.
