Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues Perform routine maintenance and seasonal services Complete winterization and de-winterization services Diagnose and repair engines, drivetrains, steering systems, and marine accessories Perform inspections and identify additional service or maintenance needs Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Document work performed and communicate findings clearly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow manufacturer procedures and company quality standards Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Marine technician experience Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay:

$22.00 - $45.00 per hour
