Apply Lead Marine Technician - Barcelona Location Spain Job Type Permanent Salary up to €70,000 We're looking for an experienced Lead Marine Technician to join a busy Service team based in Barcelona or Palma, supporting and maintaining luxury sailing yachts up to 30m. Responsibilities The role covers a broad range of marine engineering work, including: Steering, propulsion, mechanical and plumbing systems Replacing bearings (rudder, thrust and cutlass) Marine diesel engine servicing and refits Propeller shafts, bearings, seals and associated components Seacocks, pumps and onboard plumbing systems Technical reporting and customer communication Requirements 5+ years' experience in marine engineering - ideally mechanical and hydraulics Strong technical and problem-solving skills Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish Excellent organisation and attention to detail Fabrication, machining or GRP experience is desirable Full driving licence and EU work permit Benefits Competitive salary 22 days' holiday + bank holidays Ongoing training and development International and collaborative working environment 07:30-16:30 working hours Apply If this position interests you, and you would like to learn more or explore other available jobs that could also match your skill set, please apply today or email jbaker@navis-consulting.com
