is a Fair Chance Employer and is looking for a 1st shift Small Engine Mechanic to join our service team. This position will diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment . No nights, no weekends with tools and training provided. • no big-corporation red tape What You'll Do Diagnose and repair electric and gas small engine equipment Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal service Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete service documentation and work orders Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and efficiency Maintain tools, parts inventory, and cleanliness of service department Equipment You May Service Cut-Off Saws, Soff-Cut Saws, Walk-Behind Saws Generators, trash pumps & water pumps, and dust collection machines Handheld equipment such as grinders and chainsaws Plate Compactors & Rammers Small Honda engines Other small engine repair Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 2+ years of small engine repair experience Strong technical and mechanical skills with a focus on gas/electrical tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task. Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred Experience Experience servicing equipment from brands such as Metabo, Arbortech, or Fein Technical school or certification in small engine repair
