Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marine Mechanic to join our team. Preferred certification or 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform service work on Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda engines and ensure finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate tools and machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during the assembly process. Diagnose 2- stroke and 4- stroke engines. Repair as needed. Repair marine electrical, fuel and steering systems. Preform Winterizing of all engines in the Fall. Perform routine manufacturer maintenance

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with marine accessories and products. Previous experience as a service technician is advantageous but not required. A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Provide and use own tools that are kept on site.
