Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engines, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, and other outdoor power equipment with precision and efficiency Perform comprehensive service repairs on all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, and powersports equipment, ensuring optimal functionality Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems using hand tools and power tools Assemble new equipment and perform routine maintenance to extend product lifespan Replace or repair brakes, suspension components, welding parts, and perform welding as needed to restore safety standards Solder electrical connections and ensure all wiring meets safety protocols Assist customers by providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and product features to enhance their experience Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in small engine or powersports repair Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive engine systems and mechanical systems repair Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics and electrical diagnostics tools Familiarity with all-terrain vehicle repair, motorcycle repair, brake repair, suspension work, welding, soldering, and assembly processes Ability to lift heavy equipment safely during repairs or maintenance tasks Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and vehicle maintenance techniques Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward sales and technical support Valid mechanic experience with a focus on small engines or powersports equipment is highly preferred Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier service!
