Job Description
Lawn Mower Technician We are looking for a self-motivated Lawn Mower Technician to join our team. Small-engine, or large-equipment mechanical experience can provide a strong foundation. We are also willing to consider a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn the lawn mower and small-engine repair industry. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain lawn mowers and related lawn equipment. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs. Work both inside the shop and outdoors as needed. Learn new equipment, repair techniques, and diagnostic procedures. Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner when needed. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications 2+ years of mechanical experience preferred. Small-engine, automotive, or equipment repair experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Must be willing to accept constructive instruction and continuously improve. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors. Reliable, dependable, and able to work well independently. Highly motivated individuals who are new to the lawn mower industry but have strong mechanical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Pay Starting pay will be based on experience and mechanical knowledge.
