. Responsibilities

• Install and rig marine systems and components
• Perform mechanical and electrical installations
• Install steering, controls, wiring, pumps, and related equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and proper operation
• Diagnose and correct installation issues
• Follow production procedures and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work effectively as part of a production team Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and basic schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous marine, automotive, electrical, or mechanical experience
