Utility Technician Bay Rider Boats is seeking a motivated and qualified Utility Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a hands-on marine environment. Responsibilities The Utility Technician will perform a variety of tasks supporting boat production, preparation, and quality control, including: Quality control inspections to ensure boats meet company standards Installation and rigging of small parts and accessories Assisting with general boat preparation, finish work, and detailing Identifying and correcting minor defects or quality issues Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Assisting other departments as needed to support production goals Performing other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in the marine, automotive, manufacturing, or related industry is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to use basic hand tools Comfortable working in an active shop and outdoor environment Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment as required Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities Bay Rider Boats offers an opportunity to build valuable skills while working with a team dedicated to producing quality boats.
