We are an ever growing family owned and operated outdoor power equipment company seeking a full time delivery driver/ mechanic with skills in the small engine field. We have a wealth of experience to provide and are looking for an employee who is motivated to advance their career in small engine mechanics. This is the entry level position which includes both mechanic work and delivery of new and serviced equipment. The work environment is friendly and tight-knit, low-pressure and comfortable compared to other shops. New challenges come in everyday providing learning experiences. We are also able to provide advanced training and certifications. The position is steady full time, year round . Responsibilities would include small engine (lawn mower, tractor, etc.) mechanical work, pick up and delivery of equipment with truck and trailer and other general shop help.

What to expect each day:

The normal day starts with a pickup/ delivery route with truck and trailer, after which some light mechanic work and lunch back at the shop. The afternoons usually will have another pickup/ delivery route. After is working with small engine mechanics again. The work days end at 5:00pm or 6:00pm (depending on the day), with one day a week ending at 3:00pm. Salary will be negotiated upon hiring and will be based solely upon previous experience (including small engine schooling & truck & trailer operation) and aptitude for mechanics. Starting pay would be $17.00-20.00. All applicants must have a valid drivers license. Whether you are new to mechanic work or have previous experience/ schooling, we are able to help you build your practical knowledge of small engines.
