$20.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level About Republic Cycles Republic Cycles is a motorcycle shop located in Delaware, Ohio, and we are looking to add motivated Motorcycle Mechanics/Technicians to our team. We are open to applicants at all experience levels . Whether you're newer to the motorcycle industry and eager to learn the trade, an experienced technician looking for a solid shop to call home, or a master mechanic who knows motorcycles inside and out, we want to hear from you. We believe skill, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn matter. Compensation will reflect your experience and what you can bring to the shop. Pay $20-$45 per hour , depending on experience, knowledge, skill level, and ability. Entry-level or developing technicians can expect compensation toward the lower end of the range, with opportunities to increase their pay as their skills and abilities grow. Experienced and master-level mechanics who can confidently diagnose, repair, and complete jobs independently may qualify for compensation toward the top of the range. What You'll Be Doing Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Performing routine motorcycle maintenance and inspections Oil and fluid changes Tire removal, installation, and replacement Brake service and repair Battery and electrical system diagnosis Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems Engine and drivetrain repairs Suspension and steering work Installing aftermarket parts and accessories Diagnosing customer concerns Performing repairs efficiently and correctly Maintaining a clean and organized work area Properly documenting completed work Communicating with other technicians and shop management Learning new repair techniques, systems, and motorcycle technology More experienced technicians may be responsible for advanced diagnostics, major repairs, engine work, electrical troubleshooting, and other complex jobs. Developing Mechanics:

If you have years of motorcycle repair experience and can confidently diagnose and repair motorcycles with minimal supervision, we want to talk to you. Seasonal Schedule Republic Cycles operates on a seasonal schedule , typically remaining open approximately 10 months out of the year and occasionally 11 months , depending on the season and business needs.
