Job Description

Join Our Team! We are seeking an experienced Lead Marine Service Technician to oversee service operations, and deliver exceptional workmanship on a wide range of marine vessels. If you're a skilled marine mechanic with strong leadership abilities and a passion for quality service, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain outboard, inboard, sterndrive, and marine electronical systems and fuel systems. Assign and prioritize daily workloads to ensure efficient shop operations. Conduct inspections and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate service folders and communicate repairs. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications 5+ years of marine service technician experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and fuel systems. Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams. Valid driver's license; boating experience is a plus. Manufacturer certifications are a plus. Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki are highly desirable.
