Job Summary Join Mealey Marine as an A-Level Mechanic - Marine, where your work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help keep boats performing at their best. You'll complete installs, diagnostics, and maintenance. From wiring and electronics to general service work, you'll be contributing to a team focused on quality, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time. Duties Complete routine maintenance and repair of marine engines, electrical systems, and boat components Installs including batteries, marine electronics, wiring, and accessories Pull and organize parts for jobs and job setup Follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions Complete diagnostics and troubleshooting Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and correctly Prep, clean, and wash boats before and after service work fabrication or modification tasks when needed Follow all safety procedures and shop standards at all times Requirements Knowledge of boats, mechanical systems, or electrical systems Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Required Experience with marine systems, automotive repair, or mechanical work Strong understanding of wiring, schematics, or electrical systems Experience with fabrication, rigging, or installation work Previous work with diagnostic tools or measuring instruments Work Environment This is a hands-on, fast-paced shop environment where expectations are high and standards matter. You'll be working both independently and alongside other technicians, contributing to jobs that require precision, organization, and consistency.

$40.00 - $44.00 per hour
