Job Description
Ship Repair/Steel Fabrication and United States Candidates only Summary The Program Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of management and operations to result in the efficient, safe and cost-effective completion of ship repair and steel fabrication projects. The individual is responsible for performing specific tasks as described below, which are a part of the position. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate with corporate management all aspects of the material acquisition, design, fabrication and on-the-job steel operation. Interface with engineers, designers, shop and field personnel and client representatives in all facets of managing projects. Assist purchasing and design departments in materials procurement. Prepare estimates/proposals for extra work requested by customers. Promote safe construction practices and positive working relationships. Compensation/Benefits Salary is negotiable $85-125K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
