Skyline Harley-Davidson is co-hosting an intensive three-day advanced dyno and calibration training program in November. If you're hired and join our technician team during October, your attendance in this training will be guaranteed in writing as part of your offer.

The course combines:

Classroom instruction Hands-on motorcycle setup Calibration software training Practical dyno operation Fueling strategy Ignition timing Knock identification and analysis Data interpretation Understanding how calibration changes affect actual engine operation You'll be working with the latest performance-tuning concepts in a hands-on environment — not simply watching videos or completing another online module. Join us in October and you'll be advancing your technical knowledge in November. We're looking for H-D technicians at multiple certification levels We're interested in speaking with: Harley-Davidson Technician Level You already have the foundation and want a dealership that will help you continue progressing. Harley-Davidson Advanced Technician You have stronger diagnostic and technical capabilities and want continued factory training, complex work and a clear path toward Expert. Harley-Davidson Expert Technician You've invested significantly in your career and want a dealership that recognizes your value, keeps investing in your education and gives you the opportunity to use your skills. Master Technicians are always welcome to talk with us as well. We don't believe training should stop after you're hired Our objective isn't to hire an Advanced Technician and keep them Advanced forever. If you want to become an Expert Technician, we want to help you get there. If you're an Expert Technician working toward Master, we want to help you get there. Your development plan will be based on your current Harley-Davidson certification level, completed courses, experience, capabilities and career goals. Your next level should be part of the plan from the beginning. You'll have work Skyline Harley-Davidson has a strong customer base and a busy service department. We're hiring because we have more service opportunity than our current technician capacity can efficiently handle. For a productive technician, that matters. You need more than a good hourly or flat-rate number. You need motorcycles in front of you.
