Skyline Harley-Davidson is looking for a skilled, motivated motorcycle technician who wants the opportunity to develop into a professionally trained Harley-Davidson technician. If your current dealership isn't investing in your training and development, we will. What we're looking for: We're interested in technicians with experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs or other powersports equipment, including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Indian, Polaris, Can-Am, BMW, Triumph, Ducati and other manufacturers.

The right candidate should have:

Professional motorcycle or powersports repair experience Strong mechanical aptitude Experience with routine maintenance, tires, brakes and general repair Basic electrical and diagnostic ability Personal tools appropriate for professional repair Good attendance and work habits Pride in workmanship A desire to continue learning and advancing Harley-Davidson experience is a plus — not a requirement. We're also bringing advanced technical training directly to Skyline. In November, Skyline Harley-Davidson will have an intensive three-day Impact Wiring Solutions calibration and dyno training course. The program combines classroom instruction, hands-on motorcycle setup and practical dyno training covering areas including fueling, ignition timing, knock, calibration strategy and data interpretation. For the right technician joining our team, this is the kind of advanced training opportunity that could begin almost immediately. Our goal isn't simply to hire someone to turn wrenches. We're adding technicians because we have more service opportunities than our current capacity can efficiently handle.
