This hands-on role involves equipment operation, maintenance, and fieldwork in dynamic marine environments. The ideal candidate has experience on or around barges, docks, piers, and underwater salvage sites, and is comfortable assisting across all phases of marine construction. We're looking for a versatile, safety-driven team player eager to grow within the marine industry. Key Responsibilities Carpenrty or construction experiance Operate and maintain marine equipment such as cranes, winches, barges, pumps, and rigging systems Perform equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. Support pile driving, dock and pier installation, seawall construction, and salvage operations. Assist with rigging, hoisting, and positioning heavy materials and components. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and divers to complete projects safely and efficiently. Represent Trowbridge professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license Be physically capable of repeatedly lifting heavy weight Capable of using all manner of power tools Ability and desire to work remote on occasion Work well in adverse conditions Thick skin Sense of humor
Preferred:
