Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors & zero turn mower. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product questions and loading/unloading. Document and track repairs through work orders and assist with warranty claims. Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques. Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Positive attitude, good attendance, and eagerness to learn. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and a clean driving record. Valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime and weekends. Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy team player. Work Schedule & Location Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, day shift, with weekend availability and overtime. On-site work at our West Bend location.
